Volunteer

Volunteers help to make our work possible. You don't need to be an architect to get involved at AIASF– we engage countless Bay Area design enthusiasts each year to help spread the message about the local architecture and design community.

"What I enjoy about volunteering with AIA San Francisco is the opportunity to meet working professionals and observe their amazing work. It is the best way for me to stay connected in the world of architecture of which I love." - Ugoeze, AIASF volunteer

"Volunteering with AIASF was both beneficial and enjoyable, as it was the perfect way for me to network as a grad student. What I enjoyed most was meeting new people on a constant basis, whether it was event participants, AIA staff, or even fellow volunteers. Speaking to a variety of creative people at one place was extremely mind opening, and it didn't even feel as if I was volunteering." - Hashem, AIASF volunteer

From the month-long Architecture and the City festival, held annually in September, to AIASF's San Francisco and Marin Living: Home Tours series, there are many ways to get involved.
